Be part of a World Record Skydiving Attempt

Taking part on June 20th 2015 at Swansea Airfield

The challenge:

Thinking about taking part in an exhilarating Skydive? This really is a challenge of a lifetime, and an experience you'll never forget. You'll be flown up to the dizzying heights of 10,000 feet before diving down through the air freefalling at over 120mph. It's a once in a lifetime experience; an adrenaline rush that will leave you walking on cloud nine. The event is organised by Skyline Events and benefits Cardiff and Vale Health Charity through the sponsorship you raise.

What does the jump involve?

The majority of people take part in a Tandem Skydive which means you will be harnessed to a professional parachute instructor at all times throughout the descent. You can alternatively opt to do a Static Line Square or Accelerated Freefall, however both of these options are for experienced skydivers only. For any questions relating to skydives please contact Skyline Events on 020 7424 5500 or email them at

What do you need to do?

All you have to do is register with Skyline Events, who organise this event and raise a minimum of £395 (England and Wales) *or £450 (Scotland and Northern Ireland) benefitting Cardiff and Vale Health Charity. Asking friends and colleagues to sponsor you can be a great way to raise funds, or you could even hold your own unique fundraising event. You can do this on your own or as part of a team.   And the best bit is that you can jump for free when you raise the minimum sponsorship of £395.  You can find further information here and your booking form here.
