Thank you for deciding to fundraise for Cardiff and Vale Health Charity – we really need and appreciate your support and we will give you all the help that we can to fundraise. We have over 300 areas which you can fundraise towards, so get in touch and we can let you know the details of the fund that's close to your heart.

Let us know if you need anything to help you fundraise. We are only a small fundraising team, but we are building our range of promotional materials and can offer you a range of advice. We would like to help you.
Don't forget to let everyone know about your fundraising and why you are helping Cardiff and Vale Health Charity. If you have a Twitter profile you could use this to raise awareness of your event, and you can follow us on
too. We can help you to build a twitter profile, or do the tweeting for you. Twitter
page and "like" the page. Then you can share your news with our community as well as your own friends. This is a great way of keeping us up to date with what you're doing and also letting others know. Facebook

Keep in touch with us, send in stories and lots of photos for our website and e-newsletters. Don't forget that anyone appearing in a photo must have given their permission and parents/carers must do so if children are featured.
Your fundraising may inspire others to help as well as raising money to improve the lives of others.
